The Seven Deadly Don Bluth Sins

Description

All right, guys, since tonight's Halloween, I've decided to show you seven Don Bluth villains who all represent the seven deadly sins.

Drake: Lust-An intense desire, usually thought of as excessive sexual want; Drake wants Marina to be his mate, so he can have kids who
are all smart, brave, strong, and look just like him. Here's a quote: "Marina doesn't know it yet, but she's going to be wife. Our children will be the strongest, the smartest, the BRAVEST, not to mention the best looking. Why, they'll be just like me! *Laughs evilly* I'm telling you, boys: Marina is as good as mine!"

Pinky: Greed-A sin of excess, VERY excessive or rapacious desire and pursuit of material possessions; Ever since Chanticleer became the King, an Elvis impersonator
, Pinky's got the best music star around... or so he thinks. If he could have kept writing and singing rock-and-roll, then Pinky would have been a millionaire. Here's a quote: "Oh, but King, I've got a lot of money tied up in this picture! I don't wanna lose my money,
and you don't wanna lose your friends!"

Grundel Toad: Envy-An insatiable desire, similar to jealousy in that they both feel discontent towards someone's traits, status,
abilities, or rewards; Thumbelina loves Prince Cornelius, but Grundel Toad loves her, so his mother, Mrs. Toad, brings Thumbelina to her houseboat in the marsh, so she can have Grundel marry Thumbelina. Unfortunately, Thumbelina gives him the slip, and he becomes so crazed to find Thumbelina and crush Prince Cornelius. Here's two quotes: 1. "I go get Thumbelina and bring her back! I marry her!" 2. "I CRUSH fairy prince!"

Warren T. Rat: Sloth-It's both physical and spiritual laziness, just like us couch potatoes; Even though he lit Dr. Digitalius' Museum of the Weird and Bizzare on fire, he still is lazy. For example, he plays the violin at their headquarters, the Mott Street Maulers in a sewer. Here's a quote: "If music be the love of food, play on, Macduff, play on."

Grand Duke of Owls: Wrath-When we get furious sometimes, it's uncontrolled feelings of hatred and anger; Sure, we know the Grand Duke loves playing his giant pipe organ, cooking live meat with a large oven system, and sewing, but he turns from a gentleman-type villain into a furious raging machine when all of Chanticleer's farm animal friends start chanting for Chanticleer to bring up the Sun. Here's a quote: "Fools, all of you, SILENCE! I'll give you CHANTICLEER!"

Korso: Pride-The original and most serious source of the seven deadly sins, and the source of others. Some people believe they're more better than other people, but fail to acknowledge the accomplishment of others, and excessive admiration of themselves; Korso is the know-it-all and serious captain of the Valkyrie and enlists Cale Tucker to join his crew, so they can "defeat" the Drej, but it turns out he's on the Drej's side. Here's a quote: "That the human race is outta gas. It's circling the drain. It's finished! The only thing that matters is grabbing whatcha can before someone beats ya to it!"

And finally, we have our last and final villain, Mr. Mole: Gluttony-To gulp down or swallow, which is an over-indulgence and over-consumption of any kind of food or item to the point of waste. Aside from his plan of marrying Thumbelina, Ms. Fieldmouse and Thumbelina bring him a basket full of biscuits. He takes the basket and scarfs down all the biscuits. I hope I'm not a glutton, but I do eat some snacks from time to time. Besides, here's a quote: "Dreadful thing, the Sun!"

All right, the last thing I wanna say to you guys is to have a Happy Halloween. But beware those villains; they might be out tonight!

They all fit their deadly sins perfectly, and Drake representing Lust makes sense.
